- What is the origin of the company name?
- TACT means "deftness" and "wit" in English.
Our company's founder named the company out of his desire to "tactfully offer housing with great deftness." - What are the differences between TACT HOME and a house builder?
- Our company mainly operates a "built house for sale" business. Since sales are factored into our production (purchase of stock, construction, etc.), our building specifications are standardized to some extent, but we are able to offer our products quickly at low prices.
Compared with house builders (custom house builders) who operate so-called "selling and building house" businesses, that is, building a house based on a contract (construction, etc.), our workflow up until sales are completely different. - Please tell us about the average conditions of location, building specifications and sales prices of your products (ready-built houses).
- The average conditions of location, building specifications and sales prices of our products are as stated below.
Location conditions: Mainly suburban areas with good dwelling environments within commuting distance from and to the Tokyo metropolitan area.
Building specifications: Land area is larger than approx. 100 m2, floor area is larger than approx. 90 m2, and the house has one combined room (a living room, dining room and kitchen), and 4 rooms. On the first floor, there is one combined room and one Japanese-style room (for grandparents), and on the second floor, there are three western style rooms (one bed ;room for parents, two rooms for children). Thus, the standard specification is "a cozy duplex house."
Sales prices: The average sales price (real-estate sales divided by the number of houses for sale) is around 28 million yen.
